Is Chronos Good?

The eternal search. Honest answer: B-tier competitively (rankings) — the pre-charge window is real weakness against rushdown (post-rework Ippo especially). But its skill expression is unmatched, the taunt-charge makes it UBG’s personality pick, and a charged Chronos against a tired opponent is the game’s best power fantasy.
